Required Skills Must Have 1-3 years experience in bakery, pastry, café, pizza, or dessert kitchen operations. Understanding of dough handling and baking processes. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience with artisan breads, pastries, waffles, croissants, pizza dough, or specialty desserts. Experience in cafés, bakeries, hotels, or dessert chains. FSSAI food handling knowledge. Not Mandatory Previous Chimney Cake experience.
