Co Founder & chief operating officer - Alumns of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, PUSA, New Delhi. Arun joined as a Management Tranee with The Taj Group of Hotel. Arun has been part of many opening projects including the Black lotus Restaurant at Taj Chandigarh, COBA at New Delhi – Vasant kunj, and Dragon’s Den in Noida. He has overseen many refurbishments and renovation of Taj restaurants. Arun has planned the base kitchen for four banquet hall set up for the coronation of His Majesty the 5th king of Bhutan.
